Kodak Moments Over the Last Couple Weeks

Five beautiful months old and still working on sitting up... We are almost there!

Sawyer reads a book! Well, at least for a couple minutes...

Sawyer just became aware of our pets over the last week. Now whenever Piper (cat) or Texas (dog) walk by him he gets SO excited. His arm shoot straight up in the air, his eyes get huge and he watches them wherever they go. It's really cute! Here are some pictures of Texas trying to ignore Sawyer.

Jon in true Stache-tastic form for the Cowboys game last weekend. What a GOOF-BALL!!! :-} I got a phone call from Gramma Fuller last week. She wanted to know what size Sawyer was wearing so she could overnight us a Romo jersey for him. We missed the delivery on Saturday afternoon and had to chase down our mailman so we could have it for Sundays game against the Packers. Jon also surprised me with a Romo jersey. Unfortunately, we didn't get any pics of us as a family. So the next time we are all in our Cowboy gear I'll be sure to be get a picture. GO BOYS!!!

Sawyer's Alligator towel

Auntie Kristie came to visit

Sawyer discovers a tree for the first time! I love going through all the first time things with him. He's so curious and wonderful. (and this picture is adorable!)
We visited Dad at his shop. Ageless Concrete is starting to make Concrete Countertops and what you see in the background are the molds for sample pieces. They turned out really cool and it'll be fun to watch this part of the business grow! Go Daddy!

Jon Surprises Me with His Thoughtfulness

This touched me and made me feel so happy. Awhile ago, I arranged the letters we have on the fridge to spell out Sawyer and Jon with the number 1 since they are number one in my heart. Then, the other day, I was in the kitchen drinking coffee and glanced at the fridge... This what I saw

Jon had added D (for me) and TX (for Texas, our dog) to complete the whole family! How cute is that!!! :-}

STOMPASAURUS

My favorite outfit of Sawyers' right now is a sweatshirt & pant set that my Mom (G'Ma to Sawyer) got for him. It reads - STOMPASAURUS I'm a cute dino with a long tail, short legs and pointy little scales. I'm very friendly. I like to stomp and play for hours. Big leaves and grass are my snacks. I love to roar at my friends when I feel happy. I'm SPIKEY! It's the perfect shirt for our little jumper!

And, like promised, I caught him with his foot in his mouth!

Days of Sawyer's Life 9/5-9/17/2008

Well, our little peanut is amazing us everyday! I know I have mentioned a few times here that Jon and I are blessed with an incredibly happy baby, and I REALLY do believe Sawyer is one of the happiest babies EVER! I tell him that it isn't fair because God gave him all the cuteness he had stored up in Heaven on the day our little man was conceived. I'm one of those women who wasn't really ever sure if I wanted to be a mom, and when I found out I was pregnant I wondered how I would feel about it... It's the single, most awesome thing that has happened to me and I seriously couldn't love it anymore! There is nothing in the world that compares to watching your child grown, learn and develop!

Sawyer is still working on sitting up on his own. He is so interested in everything around him that he won't stay sitting! He's immediately leaning over and trying to reach for whatever has caught his eye. In all honesty, we are going to have our hands full when this guy learns to move. When I try to pull him up to a sitting position he straightens out his legs and wants to stand and Jump! He's really quite strong.

I gave him Rice Cereal for the first time yesterday... He liked the High Chair, but he was really unhappy with the cereal!

Sawyer is Baby talking a bit now. That cute mixture of babbling screams and giggles - I love it! Also, he is probably teething. He chews on EVERYTHING and drools everywhere!

Jon and I are such proud parents and I love how this Blog allows me to Brag, Brag, Brag! I'll keep bragin' some more :-}

My, My How BIG You've Gotten

I've already put a couple of these photos on previous Posts. However, I just took the third picture shown here of Sawyer today and thought of the other pictures of him in his car seat. It's a good way to show how big he's gotten!

I wish I was a Photographer

I absolutely LOVE this 1st picture of Sawyer! I wish I had an eye for photography though because then I would have centered it a bit better...

My friend Mollys' Mom made this hat for Sawyer before he was born. I'm really glad it still fits him now! It looks great with his Big, Beautiful, Blue Eyes!

Flirt, Flirt Fuller (say that 3 times fast!)

Sawyer plays in his crib! I call him Flirt, Flirt Fuller because he always flashes me this sassy little smile, like he knows just how cute he is :-} I've said it before, and I'm saying it again - THIS KID IS A HAM!!!

For "Auntie" Becky - A collection of Sawyers' Faces!

On the phone with "Auntie" Becky last week, she asked if Sawyer was smiling yet? And boy is he ever! He has so many wonderful expressions. Here are just a few!

Jon & I are very lucky to have a happy baby! He does have his fussy moments though. So here he's actually a little angry and crying... Poor lil' fella!

Our 1 Month Anniversary

So, it's Jon and mines one month anniversary today! :-} I wanted to share some pictures with you all that our friend Lisa took on our wedding day. These pictures are wonderful and I'm so thankful she was able to be there.

For those of you who didn't know we got married, here's a quick story for you! We, Jon and I, had been feeling strongly that we should be married. We're living together, we have Sawyer, and it just made sense. We are still planning to have a ceremony/reception with all of our family and friends next summer. However, the time was right for us to legally, and in the eyes of God, get married sooner than later.

We were married on 8/8/08 at Sunrise at the Memorial Union. The Union holds special meaning to Jon and I for a couple reasons. One, it's where Jon first realized he was in love with me. Two, it is where Jon asked me to marry him! Our only guests were Sawyer, my parents and Lisa our photographer. It was a very special day and it couldn't have been more beautiful!
